Reserve an exclusive seat at The Foundry's Chef's Table for a delicious fully customized four, five or six-course meal in a special section of The Foundry's kitchen. Watch as we prepare and explain each dish as you progress through a variety of seasonal specialties based on your culinary preferences and requests.

Maximum of 4 guests, offered nightly Tuesday through Thursday. The cost is $140 per person (4 courses), $150 per person (5 courses) or $160 per person (6 courses), including a complimentary champagne toast upon arrival. Optional wine, craft beer, or cocktail pairing may be added; cost ranges from $45 - $70 per person based upon the number of courses. An additional 7% sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added.
