Chef's Table

Reserve an exclusive seat at the Foundry's Chef's Table for a delicious fully customized six-course meal in a special section of The Foundry's kitchen. Watch as we prepare and explain each dish as you progress through a variety of seasonal specialties based on your culinary preferences and requests.

Maximum of 4 guests, offered nightly Tuesday through Thursday. The cost is $100 per person, including a complimentary champagne toast upon arrival. Optional wine or cocktail pairing for an additional $40, craft beer pairing for $30.  An additional 7% sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added.

We kindly request one week's notice and please provide the following information using the Request form below, or by phone: requested date and time; party size; dietary restrictions; food requests, likes or dislikes; optional beverage pairing; the number of children; whether it is a special occasion; contact information. We will follow up to discuss all of the details to ensure that your experience is perfect!
